The Grove is a 3 day a week drop-off co-op (Mon-Wed). We have opportunities for parents to volunteer and require help on occasion with lunch shifts and substitute teaching.
Families are required to attend an informational meeting prior to applying. These are offered quarterly. Please email for information on the next meeting.
Currently enrolled families are given priority for the next school year. Any remaining spots will be offered throughout the year to new families. We do not add to the kindergarten waitlist more than one year out.
Parents bear the ultimate responsibility for the education of their child and the establishment of their homeschool program. Parents are responsible for ensuring the completion of assignments during co-op days and during Thursdays and Fridays. Parents should monitor student progress by checking student work, assessing needs, and supplementing and/or extending learning as needed. Additionally, parents are responsible for following homeschool regulations stipulated by the county or state, such as testing and/or evaluations.
Tutors will partner with parents by preparing and teaching lessons in a classroom environment. Tutors will assign lessons for parents to teach their children at home on the remaining days.
Students should arrive to co-op ready to learn and participate. They are responsible for completing assigned lessons and homework on time in order to move forward with their class by the next co-op day.
This will be discussed in detail at our informational meeting.

The Grove is closely monitoring the PEP school choice scholarship through the Home Education Instructional Program. Upon request, we will provide families with a receipt to attempt reimbursement for co-op tuition and fees. We make no guarantee that our program will be accepted by PEP, or that a family will be reimbursed through any school choice scholarship options. At any time, and without notice, The Grove may choose to no longer participate in the school choice program. Enrolled families are responsible for payment to The Grove by the designated dates regardless of scholarship status.
We believe:

(Matthew 28:19, John 10:30, Ephesians 4:4-6)
(Matthew 1:23, John 1:29, Romans 8:34, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, John 3:16)
(Ephesians 1:13-14)
(Matthew 28:19)
(Genesis 1:27, Matthew 19:4-5, Romans 12:1-2 & 27, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10,
Ephesians 5:3)
Our goal is to provide an educational experience that does not reflect the things of this World, but rather, teaches our children to stand strong, make disciples, and be rooted in their faith. (This is why we have the rooted Oak logo.) Not only will they be rooted in their faith, but they will be a part of a community (in our case, the Grove).
